A 24 hour cancellation is required for ALL appointments - no exceptions. Less than this will result in a 50% fee charged to the card on file. A no show to a scheduled appointment will result in online booking privileges revoked and only same day appointments when available. A no show is charged automatically using the card on file for 100% of the cost of scheduled service. When booking you agree to these terms.
